Worcester Telegram: Worcester plans to expand in-school breakfast program
On Friday, March 23rd, the Worcester County Food Bank hosted a school breakfast observation at the Chandler Magnet School in Worcester for Representatives James O’Day (D-West Boylston) and Daniel Donahue (D-Worcester). The two legislators observed the school’s after the bell breakfast program and learned more about the pending legislation S.242/H.327 “An Act Regarding Breakfast After the Bell”. The visit made front page news in the Worcester Telegram over the weekend.
